(1) The Council may delegate some of its powers to the committee, chairman or vice-chairman, as required, in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(2) The committee may delegate some of the rights granted to it in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act to the chairman of the committee, any member, member secretary or any authorized employee of the council as needed.
